Students Enjoy a Day of Learning at the Fair

Yakama Nation Tribal School students recently took their learning beyond the classroom with a fun-filled field trip to the Central Washington State Fair.

Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to explore a variety of exhibits, learn about different animals and reptiles, and ask questions as they discovered new things. From exciting encounters with animals to exploring the many sights and sounds of the fair, the experience offered plenty of opportunities for curiosity and hands-on learning.

Beyond the educational experiences, the field trip provided students with a chance to connect with members of the community, spend time with classmates, and share plenty of smiles and laughter.

It was a wonderful day filled with learning, friendship, and new experiences. Opportunities like these help students build connections, explore the world around them, and create lasting memories outside the classroom.
